Heating Pumping Modules

Description: BaronUSA heating / pumping / filtration modules are designed to provide high circulating oil flow rate, filtration and oil heating on a tanked transformer. Models can be provided for circulating hot oil under vacuum for rapid heat-up and dry-out using a separate vacuum source.

Most BaronUSA BA-HPM systems use industry standard 6” x 18” (6018) elements available in a variety of types and micron ratings. 

The filter housing is oversized for the oil flow rate to allow long periods of use between changes.

Typical operating temperature:  up to 120 °C.

Flow rates: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50 USgpm systems are standard though others are available.

Standard features and components:  Heavy-duty, self-priming, positive-displacement, direct-driven oil pump; quick‐opening filter housings; Inlet suction strainer; system pressure gauge; Inlet and outlet isolation valves; HMI touch screen; power cord; oil inlet and outlet hoses; operating and maintenance manual.

Portability: Every heating pumping module system flow rate is available in a stationary model or can be made portable with castors, tires, fork slots, lifting frame or trailer to suit the intended usage.

Accessories: A large variety of configurations and accessories are available including hose reels, oil booster pump, PPM water-in-oil hygrometer, integral clean and/or dirty tanks, duplex filters, series filters, flow meters and more.
