FILTRATION SYSTEMS

DESCRIPTION: Baron USA filtration systems are compact, light and portable systems for the removal of particle and moisture contamination from variety of industrial fluids including transformer liquids, hydraulic oil, lube oil, heat transfer oil, compressor oil, cutting fluids, gear oils and others.  They are ideal for the transfer of oil with filtration as well as for topping off electrical devices such as LTC’s on OCB’s.

Most Baron BA-FC systems use industry standard 6” x 18” (6018) elements available in a variety of types and micron ratings.  The different media types include particulate, water absorbing and fullers earth so that the same unit can be used to remove particulate, small amounts of free water or to reduce total acid number and correct color change due to oxidation.

The filter element is over-sized for the oil flow rate to allow long periods of use between changes.

FLOW RATES: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50 USgpm systems are standard though others are available.

STANDARD FEATURES AND COMPONENTS:   Heavy-duty, self-priming, positive-displacement, direct-driven oil pump; quick‐opening filter housings; Inlet suction strainer; system pressure gauge; Inlet and outlet isolation valves; power cord; oil inlet and outlet hoses; operating and maintenance manual.

PORTABILITY:  Every system flow rate is available in a stationary model or can be made portable with castors, tires or trailer to suit the intended usage.

ACCESSORIES: A large variety of configurations and accessories are available including hose reels, integral clean and/or dirty tanks, duplex filters, series filters, trailer flow meters and more.
